Who we are
A property business, not a trading desk
Our portfolio is built from income-producing residential and commercial assets, acquired directly and held for the long term. Every acquisition is underwritten against conservative occupancy, rent and exit assumptions, with the downside understood before the upside is modelled.
Development, asset management and leasing sit in the same building as investment. That means the people who approve an asset are the same people accountable for how it performs once it is owned.

How we work
Three principles we do not trade away
